Ship laden with petroleum products
Twenty seven ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos from Oct. 18 to Nov. 5.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its publication – `Shipping Position’, – a copy of which was made available on Thursday in Lagos.
The expected ships contained buck wheat, bulk sugar, general cargoes, slug, empty container, base oil, containers and petrol.
The document noted that a ship had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with bulk fertiliser.
NAN reports that 19 other ships are at the ports discharging general cargoes, bulk wheat, containers, empty containers, frozen fish, steel products, bulk sugar, bulk charcoal, butane and petrol.
