It is no longer news that the ancient and mystique town of Ile-Ife was recently engulfed in an ethnic clash that made blood to flow like ordinary water. According to unconfirmed reports, by the time the conflict ended, about 500 lives were lost and properties worth hundreds of millions of naira lost.
