Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose Gunmen on Saturday morning in Ekiti State abducted a pastor and four others. Local sources told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ado Ekiti that the victims included a pastor identified as Ojo, his driver, Jimoh, and three others. They were said to be traveling in two vehicles on Ise Ekiti road in Ise/Orun Local Government Area of the state when they were abducted. Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Alberto Adeyemi, confirmed the incident. The Partial Risk Guarantee is a financial instrument that will secure the supply of up to 130 million cubic feet per day (“MMcfpd”) of natural gas to NIPP Calabar, thereby enabling the consistent generation of an additional 560 MW of electricity to the national grid, approximately 20 per cent of current power generation in Nigeria. This arrangement, which guarantees payments to Accugas for gas supply, is backed by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the World Bank. Nigeria-police The Police Command in Kaduna State on Saturday said it had arrested suspected murderer of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in the state.
