The police in Abuja have charged two suspects Peter Etetobore and Marvellous Okoh to a Gudu Upper Area Court with alleged criminal trespass and mischief.
The charge is contained in a First Information Report (FIR) dated April 27, 2016, and signed by Constable Andrew Abene with PC no 501435.
The Station Officer, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, whose name was not given signed and authorised the FIR.
Etetobore is a resident of Galadimawa by Suncity Estate while Okoh, of Revenue Protection Unit, AEDC, Zone 4, Abuja, is said to be at large.
The charge was based on sections 348 and 327 of the Penal Code.
The FIR stated that Olufemi Agunbiade of Block B42, Flat 4, 14th St., Games Village, Abuja, reported the case at Wuye Police Station.
Agunbiade reported that the suspects went to the Games Village Feeder Pillar and disconnected his residence from the public power source without notice.
He told the police that the disconnection damaged his split air conditioner valued N200,000.
No date has been fixed for the mention of the case.
